The villa is in a quiet, residential area surrounded by other luxury villas, but within a short drive of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Walk out the back door, down a few steps, and into the warm, calm, clear waters of world-famous Chalk Sound. Enjoy stunning views of Chalk Sound National Park and soak in the constant relaxing breeze on the expansive patio and pool area, or take a short walk or 2 minute drive to incredible Taylor Bay beach.

The main house includes two primary bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths, eat-in kitchen, foyer, family room, parlor half-bath, wet bar with pass-through window to pool patio, and 2-car garage. The guest house, located within a few steps of the main house, includes two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, and a family room with sectional sofa and queen “EZ Bed” that can be set up in the guest house common area.

Daydreams Villa is all about soaking in the INCREDIBLE 180 degree views of Chalk Sound. There are really no words to describe the ever-changing color of the water and the feeling of the constant trade winds and warm sunshine.
